Dr. John Opper, Executive Director
Dr. Opper oversees the operation of the Consortium and its initiatives interacting regularly with state policymakers, education leaders, community agencies, educational entities, and industry regarding issues pertaining to technology and education, and participates in creating statewide distance learning policy and programs affecting Florida's schools, colleges and universities.
Susie Henderson, Associate Executive Director
Ms. Henderson is the Associate Executive Director of the FDLC as well as the Director of The Orange Grove Digital Repository. The FDLC facilitates communication, cooperation, and develops statewide initiatives to leverage state and institutional resources such as The Orange Grove, Florida’s Digital Repository and Orange Grove Texts Plus, a partnership between the University Press of Florida and the repository to offer low cost or no cost print or digital textbooks.
